Plans changed? Here's how cancellations are handled.
01Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible.
02After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items may be returned per our Return & Refund Policy.
03Refund on Cancellation
Any amount paid for a cancelled (pre-dispatch) order is refunded within 5–7 business days.
